My air conditioner is not blowing cold

My air conditioner is not blowing cold. Do I need to convert? I believe its the older style freon.

If the system is still using older style refrigerant, the system will have to be reto fitted for current refrigerant, but with that said, you will still have to investigate why the system has failed, probably a leak has developed and this is why the system has shut down, but start with the retrofit and then get the system checked for faults.
