Our 1990 Tarago had the head gasket repaired and ever since the engine light comes on and stays on once it is rev'ed above 2000rpm. The mechanic searched for why this was happening but came up with no problems. Could someone tell us why this could be happening? We disconnected the oxygen sensors as we thought this may be a problem, but it is still doing it. Help Please :-)

Oxygen sensor wont do it. Your obd 1 pull a code, check the valve adjustment and the timing chain marks.
