1990 Toyota Tarago idioling problem and inside lights

Hi I have recently brought a toyota tarago, itd idioling funny by going down to around 200 rpm and back up to 1100 rpm usely happens at standstill after driving for a hour or so. And my inside lights and clock stoppe d woking I checked fuses which are ok. Could you help pl ee ase

Have the throttle body and IAC cleaned and retest. That should solve the idling problem.

As to clock not working, you need to test if you are getting power to it. The clock could have failed or a connector is loose. Remove the clock to check.
