On a 90' 4 runner with fuel injection, where is the emergency fuel cutoff switch located?

It doesn't have one-its the circuit opening relay that powers it. Also the airflow meter is responsible of grounding the COR if it doesn't the fuel pump won't be powered up-

Looks to me its a fuel cut switch for a carburetor-never seen it on a FI Toy truck with a fuel cutoff switch but a Carb-perhaps I'm wrong

Also it don't have a fuel pump relay

Jumper the DLC ( batt to Fp ) and see what happens-attempt to start vehicle and also try this block open the airflow meter vane flap and try again
