I have bosch distributor cap 1 235 522 437. And I have been told that the resistance of the spring load carbon in the center of the distributor cap should be 1000 ohm(+/-10%). Is it right? If yes. What will happen if I change the carbon to lower resistance?Lets say 100 ohm?

I have no idea as to the actual reading of the carbon brush, but I would not alter anything, Bosch caps will be fine, a imagine that if you did alter the resistance you may well burn the carbon brush out rather quickly, just fit the cap as sold, you will not have a problem.
