1990 Nissan pickup truck mileage: 135,000. Have over heating problem, replaced water pump, radiator, thermostat, and rebuild head, flush engine. Over heating while driving and while idle.

If you were losing coolant this would cause the overheating. If the coolant level stays full, then, perhaps your fan clutch is not working properly.
