Once I go about 30mph my car starts to make a thumping sound on the front passenger side. The sound is there at all speeds and even when I slow down. The sound goes away if I turn to the right but not the left. I've already replaced both front axles (twice), the engine mounts, the differential in the transmission, and the wheel bearing on that side. I have no idea what it could be. Any ideas?

It sound like a bad left front bearing since the noise goes away steering right. Put the front wheels off the ground on jack stands. Put it in neutral then Pu one hand on the coil spring then use the other side to soon the wheel as fast as you can. If you have a bad bearing you should b able to feel it in the coil spring. Compare both sides to each other.
