Car makes a rattling noise.

When I put my foot on the gas all the way down it does not make a rattling noise but when I let my foot off of the gas it makes a rattling noise but when i put my foot on the brakes it stops. It is only on the drivers side of the car

Could be the heatshield or something is loose underneath-check exhaust system
