1990 GMC Jimmy cannot open passenger door

Door appers to be locked --have tried to ---slimjim the door---have taken pannel off and cannot open from the inside and still no good. Just abought to take a body cutter to it ---- --

I wouldn't recommend the jaws of life. Lol Are you able to reach the linkage for the lock assembly?

Have removed inner pannel [not easy with door closed] and pulled pushed tuged etc. It will not open
