Replaced thermostat(tested). Tested Water pump. Flushed system to check for blockages. No change. Wondering if a bad head/head gasket is the next likely place to check.

Doesn't matter if the cap's on or not. It's like there's considerable air pressure somewhere in the system.

That'd eventualy run out though wouldn't it. This goes on seemingly without end.

Go get a head check done, this is a fairly simple and cheap chemical test to check for Co in the cooling system. If positive you will have a head gasket problem.

Thanks bunches! Expect a donation once I get this under wraps and see how the account balances sit.

Have it chemically tested to finger the headgasket
