1990 Ford F-450 zf transmount parking brake

Had rebuilt a week ago, know nothing bout these brakes, after running for 10 minutes temperature gun shows drum temps between 149-200 degrees, is this normal.

It doesn't really sound like it's too hot, but seepic for how to adjust it.
