Truck wont start new battery and altenator

Truck wont start new battery and altenator. It will jumpstart and run when I ue the plow battery drains down. When I shut off it wont start again

Check the chargings sytem for power and then check fusible links at starter relay I'm sending a schematicpointing out whichones to check. Depending on type ofalternator may be different ones.
