I have brand new ignition wires, coils, and spark plugs. I was wondering what else could cause a low to no spark. Car does start when bump started as it is a manual. After starting it runs fine. Suggestions?

The sensor was good. Found the reason. Check cylinder compression #1 45lbs #2 0lbs #4 30lbs. Assuming needs a rebuild.

Glad you found the problem, but that isn't good news. Check the head gasket to see if is bad, but since you a cylinder with 0 psi, you have to have a bent valve or stuck one. Let me know if you have other questions.

What would be the potential cost, using stock parts or a rebuild kit, to fix it?

It really matters what all you want to do and what is needed. If you have bent valves, the head itself may be bad. That can be nearly 700.00 for a new head.
