The digital fuel display and digital climate control doesn't light up or work checked fuses and relays all are good any advice

have it scanned for codes for a module problem if you can find someone who has a scanner for that year car.

The digital climate control doesn't light up I'm thinking it's the bcm?

it may be but you need to scan it to make sure so you don't foolishly pay for a part that has nothing wrong with it. with a black screen it is no sense to try to get codes as they will appear as the wrong ones if at all.
