No change after sea foam treatment

90 acura legend coupe 5speed manuel I changed the fuel filter nd it helped out I checked the strainer in the tank nd it was a lil dirty not to bad but car still has a hesitation before I changed the fuel filter it was bad but now since I changed it its no different I changed fuel filter, put a can of sea foam.

Has a slit hesitation wen I switch gears nd after I switch gears its smooth no gear slip

May be the trans having an issue on the first shift.
Get it checked at a trans shop to confirm. Itmay be valve body issue from your description.

Well its all gears right before I shift to the next gear lik I said it helped out wen I changed the fuel filter

Check the fuel pressure. It may be low causing this hesitation
