What could cause a car to pull hard to the passenger side when stepping on the brakes?

We have replaced the calibers and brake pads on front and brake pads on the back and the car still pulls hard to the passenger side.

I think suspension. Quick test. Put the right front of the car on a jack stand. Grab the tire, pull and pry at joints. Use a prybar to examine control arm bushings, ball joints and tie rod ends while you're at it. Here's the rationale: if you know the brakes are good, which we don't but you made a college try at confirming that so we're going with that.I have repaired numerous cars that if they hit a puddle of water on one side, or pressed the brakes that it would almost pull the car right off the road. Assuming you bled the brakes the right way (or one of the right ways), check out those control arm bushing and ball joints. Think about it, if your right side A-arm, or control arm is loosey goosey, when it slows down (brakes or water), it will pull more sideways trying to rip your car off the road. Or, your left side brakes aren't working. Let me know please.
