1989 Oldsmobile Regency Brougham tail light problem

When the headlights get turned on, the tail lights don't work. But the brake lights do work, any ideas?

Do front park lights come on with headlights? Have rear bulbs been checked for burnt elements?

Yes they come on with the headlights, and it's not bulbs because they sometimes turn on when hitting bumps. The bulbs are tight, fuse boxes were checked and the fuses are tight.

Suspect poor connection pull socket wiggle bulb and wiring when you get to fault they will light
