1989 Nissan 240SX Need Help

Hello, I'm having some trouble with my car. There are multiple symptons for the problem. 1st, it will barly start (sometimes it does not) and when it does it revs slower than usual and sounds weak like it is about to stall out. 2nd, when I press on the brake, my temp. Meter, speedometer, and rpm meter will jump or move in some sort of way. 3rd, I can't start the car unless I press the clutch in pretty hard, which is not normal. Also, before I knew something was wrong when I would drive it it would seem like it would turn off for a second and then turn back on. The radio and everything went off. Also the lights flash dim to bright.

I thought it could have been a battery issue so I recharged the battery and it still didnt fix any of the problems but I think it has something to do with it. They said something drained my battery.
