Rumble and VERY loud through 15 mph.

I have a 1989 Jeep Cherokee. It had stalling problems, which were fixed. Now it is very loud when idling and through about 15 to 20 mph. Could this be the IAC?

Check for a vacuum leak, a hose may have fallen off, especially if you hear a sucking or whistiling type sound. It cold be just eh duct work going to the throttle body has a hole in it as well.
