How do I adjust the tension on the serpentine belt on this 1989 inline 6cyl engine ? Thank You !!!!!!

you need abelt tension gauge, 180-200 nm for a new belt and 140-160 for used belt. item 7 may have abolt going through it and on a cam to move it to tightenor loosen adjustment
