MY JAG SAYS COOLANT LEVEL LOW AND BULB FAILURE BUT NEITHER THE COOLANT IS LOW OR THE BULS ARE OUT

Did you check the overflow bucket or the actual radiator. The sensor may be either in the radiator or the plastic bucket.
As far as the bulbs, go over each and every bulb, markers, license and fogs. If they are all good the module for this may be bad.

The bulbs are good as is the coolant

Then you need to have the sensor checked for failure for the coolant and the light module for your lights
