Won't even turn over

89 T-bird won't start. New starter, solonoid, still will not start, what next?

Unplug the small red wire from the solenoid and run a jumper wire from that solenoid terminal (stud) to the battery positive post and holler back with what happens.

Check for juice from ignition and to ignition. If to but not from then bad switch.
