1989 Dodge Dynasty Odometer and Radio

Neither work. Got the radio going for a few minutes, then nothing. When ignition turned to acc or on, radio clock will show until radio turned on, then goes out. Are they somehow related? Mechanic friend suggested a separate fuse located someplace other then main fuse block, but have not been able to located it.

Scan for codes if yo can find someone that has equipment that old that can do it. It may be your speed sensor bad for odometer/speedo. If speedo works an dodo doesn't then it's the speddo head need repair. For radio sea radio repair guy
