1989 Camaro heat/AC problem

1989 camaro heating/AC problem. Doesn't come out of vents or defroster (simply anywhere) but car will eventually get warm/cool inside so it's coming out somewhere. Help?

One of your diverterdoorsisn'tworking. I'm sending along a diagram. You'll need to check for a vacuum leak or electrical problem. You'll have to see if the door is getting vacuum or electrical to make it work.
