Just had new lower and upper intakes replaced, car tuned, new cold start switch car runs rich. When car warms up idle will fall and car will stall when stopped at light. Car was checked for vacuum leaks told there were none.

Clean throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner then check fuel pressure with a gauge I am assuming this is a V6 so 41-47 psi

Do I need to take the IAC valve off or go through the throttle body? Could the IAC valve be bad? Yes a V6

You don't need to take the iac off but it could be bad as well but a fuel pressure check has to be done first if you have to much pressure it will cause it to run rich. Also check to see if purge valve is open all the time it's on the canister and is a red valve. It should have vacuum on one side only if it is open on both sides it will run rich as it is is putting excess fuel into engine. It may be in the engine compartment or by the fue tank I don't have apic of it.
