I changed all of my fuel injectors. Now the car sounds as if it's skipping. I checked the voltage to the fuel injector connectors and found one that reads -11.6 while all others read +10.6. My questions is : Is that why the car is running so rough and how do I repair it? Will changing the connector solve my problem? All plugs were gap correctly with new wires. 1988 Delta 88 3.8 V6

Check for 12 volts power to the plug.

The other side is grounded in the ecm. The ecm may have failed.
