Hello,

The fuel pump relay is located under the center of the dash, it is hidden by the carpet.
You will have to move the carpet to have access to it.

Check for any corroded or burnt pin(s).

Keep in mind that the fuel pump can be inoperative due to a bad relay as well as faulty wiring or a bad pump.
