What could be wrong with my Lincoln not starting? It will run when primed. It has 40 psi fuel pressure and has a new fuel filter, fuel pump. Is there a sensor that my be out or do I need to replace the ecc?

The pressure is perfect. If it starts for a few seconds when primed, fuel isn't getting to the engine. Check to make sure there is power to the injectors. They may not be injecting fuel into the engine.
