1988 Jeep Wranger. All of a sudden wipers stop, back light went out and heater not blowing warm/hot air. Could this be the fuses or somethng else?

Usually, I just pick one circuit and back track, check voltage and ground. When you talk about back lite, I'm not sure if your talking about tail lamps, brake lites or what?
