is it the starter? solenoid? or the starter switch?

i started my truck today and noticed that it was reving a bit high.. when i turned it off, it wouldn't start back up. nothing happens at all, no clicking no sounds just dead. battery terminals are clean plz help

Test the battery if okay-check all the fusible links
