1988 Ford Thunderbird Rear end feels unstable

When I accelerate from 0 to around 25 mph the rear end sways from side to side once past the 25 mark it smooths out for the most part still a little bumpy what is wrong with my baby !

Same exact problem with my 88. It shimmied and shook a lil bit til I sped up. Ended up that my tires were so low and bald enough to let the tire seem to flex side to side.
