Hi, I've been doing a routine service on my sister's Ford Fiesta 1.1L. Unfortunately we do not have details of the Spark Plug gap. A friend told me that this should be approx. 25 thou. And this is what I've set them at but the engine now starts with difficulty and it's obvious this isn't correct. Can you please help?

Thanks, John

There may be a tag on radiator header saying plug gap. We have no info on that but try gapping at.040 thousands itshold be better that way. Also you might check at an auto parts store they may have that info with the plug chart.
