Fuel Pressure Regulator
The fuel injection rail has a fuel pressure.
1988 FORD E-SERIES VAN
The fuel injection rail has a fuel pressure regulator, when I unhook the vacume line and turn key the regulator shoots fuel out the vacume side. Does this indicate a cloged return line? Or what.

No, ruptured diaphram. The regulator has to be replaced. It is flooding the motor and filling your crankcase with oil. I think we already talked about this.
