How do you take it off. The Booster, it appears to have a thick molded rubber glued covering on the inside area of the firewall under the dash to the floor, where the four bolts should be. From the inside of the car that's what it appears to be. I've tried to prying the off rubber with a screwdriver and pulling it off with pliers, with no avail. Please help!

I would take a razor knife and cut around the border of where the nuts are and peel it back to remove the nuts.

The bolts you are looking for are up above that cover, straight in from the brake pedal rod into the booster. You will need to cut cover if covered by the mat, use a knife to make an incision right above the stud, this will allow access.

Could have been a better design for sure.

Let us know how it goes.
