WHY DO I STILL HAVE LOW FUEL PUMP PRESSURE AFTER CHANGING PUMP IN TANK?

The g20 van had water over the tank and connections, I emptied tank, new gas, new pump. It pumps some low pressure for 2 seconds, so its getting signal to pump? Why not stronger for the ejectors to fire? Will run if I pour gas down throttle body. Any ideas?
