I replaced the old muffler with a stock muffler ...now the car is stalling and is hard to start ..the engine is 2.8 why is this happening

should have no effect on the running of the motor.

did you do anything under the hood??

didn't do anything under the hood ,,,could it be a bad catalytic converter
