Ihave replace the master cyc.and brake pads.but when i start the car i can hear air coming from under the dash

Why was the master replaced?

Saturn didnt come out till 1991 so you must have a 1997?Sounds like a bad brake booster not holding vacuum.You can test it with a hand vacuum pump.But it sounds like a bad brake booster and the master was most likely good i havent replaced many of those in all my years with saturn.
