There are four different types all are holley the are model numbers 2280 & 6280 & 5220 &6520
IDENTIFICATION
The carburetor part number is stamped on the main body flange. It is in front of the lever, controlled by the throttle position transducer, under the choke vacuum diaphragm.
It may have a tag id of R-2017 or 2018 depending on stick or auto and what it is built for.

Also If You Have A Owners Manuel For My 1987 Dodge Dakota L E 6 Cyl 3.9 I Need It To Find Out What Each Fuse And Other Things That Are Plugged Into The Fuse Box Panel Are For. It Just Says To Refer To The Owners Manuel. If You Don't Have This Manuel, Maybe You Have A Diagram Showing What Each Item That Is Plugged In Are For.

Carburetor models 5220 and 6520 are 2-stage, 2-venturi type. Primary venturi is smaller than secondary. Secondary stage is mechanically operated by linkage to primary and secondary throttle levers.
Those really seem like casting numbers if you have like this then you have one of the other numbered carbs. Just go to an autoparts to get akit they can figure it out as i'm sure that is what you want anyhow. If it looks like the pic it's a 2280 model.
