Could be a leaky injector/s and fuel pressure regulator-could be running to rich due to the following

Probable causes of an engine running rich are as follows: 1. Excessive fuel pressure can be cause by restricted fuel return line
2. Defective Oxygen Sensors.
4. Coolant temperature sensor out of calibration.
5. Restricted air intake system.

It has throttle body injection. Where is the best place to check the fuel pressure?

Is there any way to check the fuel pressure without cutting the inlet steel line? Which is the return line, the top or bottom line?

The fuel injector sometimes sprays out fuel, other times when I start it it drips fuel like a leaky faucet. Not sure what that means. Engine temp. Doesnt seem to make a difference.
