I have this random squealing noise coming from the coming from the engine. It seems to be coming from the pully area. I know it's not the belt doing it. Could it be that the water pump is going. What should I do I'm not sure of the problem. Before this I had an overflow problem with the coolant. I flushed the system, replaced hoses, new thermostat, new flush for the fan and the relay, ect. All that and I found out it just needed a new RAD cap. So now I just need to figure this out. Any ideas of what this could be.
Thank you

Remove the belt and spin the pulleys individually by hand one at a time, and feel for any coarseness and listen for the noise that you are hearing. Also try to wiggle or shake each pulley by hand to see if there is a bad or loose bearing. If you do this and you don't find an issue, start the car up for a few seconds without the belt, if the noise is gone the you know that it is a pulley or the belt. If it is still there then it is internal to the engine.
