My truck has always started with a quick turn of the key untill I let it sit for about two weeks in the cold. I went to start it and jt just turns and turns kinda coughs a lil like it wants to start but it wont! Ive replaced spark plugs/plug wires, distributor cap, coil pack checked fuel filter and a few other things I though it was maybe bad gas but I put new gas with treatment and still nothing. Dont understand it was running fine does anyone have an idea what could be wrong?

Try using a starting fluid or carb cleaner in the throttle body to check for spark if it fires up you know you've got spark. Then put a funnel in the gas tank, and have someone turn the key to on, don't start. You should hear the hum of the fuel pump. If not then check the fuel pump relay. You can change it out temporarily with another nearby to check this. If the pump runs and the sarting fluid has effect then you've got a spark issue. Id unplug and replug the crankshaft sensor and the ECM plugs first since you've changed the ignition parts
