How much would it be to replace the key?

I lost the key and there is no hope of finding it!

If you have a key with a chip, it will cost a couple hundred. If you don't, have a lock smith duplicate the key for you from the tumbler. If you need the entire ignition, expect around 400. Based on where you live, the cost could be different.
