1986 Isuzu Truck Turn On Blower Battery Brake Light Come Just Replaced 3

When I turn on my blower the battery and brake light come on but the blower don't.... the blower was just replaced 3 months ago....

I'd have to make sure the battery has a full charge. Battery connections all clean and tight. Then I'd have to check the charging system. Next, I'd check the connector at the blower motor. With controls on, check voltage and ground. If voltage and ground are good, remove blower motor, check it and/or replace.
