1986 Honda CRX Brake lights

I turned my car off like normal. When my neighbor noticed my brake lights were still on? My parking brake wasn't up or my lights were not on either? I switched my lights on and off and same with the parking brake and turnedy car on and off yet the brake lights remained on? Please help!

Look where the brake pedal comes back and contacts the brake light switch plunger. If the lights go out when you pull the pedal back by hand a little harder, look for a plastic cap that cracked off the plunger for the light switch. You may be able to make up for that by readjusting the switch forward to make up that space.
