On the passenger side of the engine compartment, look at the post and image below.

I looks like it is on the passenger side of the engine compartment, here is a diagram for you to help get the problem fixed.

Left firwall abpout 3in ceramic two wires. Pull plug wire ground to block crank see if spark. Check voltage at coli + terminal if present connect test light to coil - terminal crank does it flash?

I cannot find the ignition control module anywhere along the fire wall. Where is it exactly located?

See picture. It may be on the fender-well between washer fluid tank and firewall. Also, check ballast resistor as that used to a big problem especially if when you crank it fires then quits when you let off.
