Car runs great, after it warms up it quits, after it cools down it will start, only after it sets over night, it's as if something is heating up and I don't have a clue or where to start, when it stall's I still have light's and radio, I've replaced the coil, fuel filter, engine control module.

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure first

If you're going to throw random parts at it, replace the pickup coil in the distributor. That is the only thing that commonly fails by becoming heat-sensitive. You'll never solve a stalling problem on a Chrysler product by replacing the fuel filter. Sometimes the pickup screen in the gas tank will collapse or become plugged but the symptoms will be different.
