Hi, I have a 1985 civic 1.5L carburated. And the timing belt broke while I was going like 20-25mph, but im not sure if I bent a valve or what?Should I just replace the cylinder head or take this one to the machine shop?

One way of confirming if any valves are damaged is to check the valve clearances, (ensure piston is turned away from TDC before attempting to turn the camshaft). If they are not badly out of specs, reinstall a new belt, pray and try starting.
