Can I bring this engine back to life

I bought a 1973 sbc 350 and believe it is siezed. The engine has been dry for alitte and. Im gonna use marvel magic oil but I didnt know should I put oil in the engine then pour the marvel magic oil with it or do I just pour the marvel magic oil in the cyl I used pb blaster and didnt work so I thought id give this a shot

PULL THE PAN----GONNA DO IT ANYWAY TO PUT ON A NEW GASKET

WITH A BRIGHT LIGHT

LOOK INTO THE CYLINDERS FROM THE BOTTOM SIDE (THE ONES THAT THE PISTONS ARE "UP")

IF THOSE PUPPIES ARE REALLY RUSTY, YOU MIGHT BE DOING A REBUILD
