I'm trying to customize my 84 hilux 2x4 and would like some professional advise for fitting new disc brakes and new running gear before I fit the new engine it's a 1y at the moment and will be fitti g a 4y for a bit more power, am also wondering how I go about getting an engineering certificates for all of the work done especially if I want to put larger than standard wheels as in lower profile? Please help

Different location would have different regulations and the best way is to check your local road transport authorities for the necessary information on getting the certificate.
