If the blower is working, the air has to be coming out somewhere. How do you know the blower is working if you don't feel any air?

The thermostat may be stuck open. Open is the default position when a thermostat fails. Coolant is constantly circulating - therefore little or no heat in the cabin.

No, I'm afraid that last comment is incorrect. Open is not the default position of a thermostat. The poster already stated that both heater hoses were hot. That eliminates thermostat right there.
